Dr. Anjana Thadhani is a Consultant Developmental Pediatrician in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Lucknow. She runs Niramay Guidance Clinics along with a team of highly skilled and experienced Best Occupational Therapists in Mumbai who is dedicated to helping children with developmental disabilities achieve their fullest potential. We also have a team of Speech Therapists who work closely with the Occupational Therapists to help children improve their communication skills. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, individualized, and family-centered care to every child we serve.
Dr. Thadhani is attached to Learning Disability Clinic at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, which is a State Government Centre for certification of Childhood Disabilities. She is also attached as an honorary consultant at B.J. Wadia Children's Hospital.
Dr. Thadhani believes in a holistic & inclusive approach where the Mother or Caregiver assumes the role of the primary therapist with the support of Doctors and Rehabilitation Therapists. Her focus has been Early Detection and Early Intervention to minimize disability and maximize functionality. Dr. Thadhani delivered a talk on RTE & its impact on education after seven years of implementation at Delhi. It was a Well-organized event by Srijan Foundation & Swarajyamag. The program was well received and well attended.
Dr. Thadhani attended National Autism Training of trainers Workshop at Delhi organised by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (GOI).
Dr. Thadhani is a part of Chinmaya Aarogya Seva serving Tribal villages around Pardi, Gujarat and contributing towards child health in that community.
Dr. Thadhani was honoured to be a part of National Consultative meet on Fragile X Syndrome at Delhi, aimed to develop guidelines for pediatrician across the country.
Dr. Thadhani at National Conference of Growth Development & Behaviour Pediatrics IAP Chapter at Pune. She is the National Secretary of Growth Development & Behaviour Pediatrics IAP Chapter.
My son is been under medical treatment & counselling of Dr. Anjana Thadhani since he is diagnosed as ADHD child.
It has helped us over a period of last 4-5 years as his hyperactivity is reduced to a large extent& his concentration has increased. It was possible due to guidance of Dr. Anjana Thadhani, her patience of hearing, understanding the issues, discussions along with solutions & various activities undertaken by her.
